Reservation of Service: We highly recommend making a reservation for your treatment at least 1 day in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Cancellation Policy : We require 8-hour notice for changes or cancellations. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a treatment may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied at not to inconvenience other guests.

Health Conditions: Please advise us of any health conditions such as allergies, injuries, hypertension, pregnancy, or any possible concerns that may pose a risk during your treatment. More serious health condition may require permission from your doctor. We advise refraining from consuming any food at least an hour before your scheduled treatment. Your safety & well-being are our top priorities.

Quick Shower: A quick shower before your massage is relaxing and washes off any salt, minerals, or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with oils or other treatment products.

Loss or Damage: Kindly leave valuables in your room safe. The hotel and Le Spa & Wellness will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
